Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 21, 2026
Korrali Web is operated by Korrali LLC ("we", "us", "our"), 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the website diagnostics at web.korrali.com.
1. What we scan
Korrali Web inspects publicly accessible pages only. When you submit a URL we fetch it the same way any visitor or search engine would, and run deterministic checks over the response — redirects, metadata, TLS configuration, security headers, broken links and similar.
We do not log into anything, bypass authentication, or access private areas of a site. If a page is not reachable without credentials, we do not see it.
2. Information we collect
- Scanned URLs and results: The URL you submit and the findings we produce are stored so you can return to a report and, if you enable monitoring, so we can tell you when something changes.
- Account information: If you create an account, your email address and the authentication details supplied by our identity provider.
- Payment information: Credits and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
- Usage analytics: Anonymised, aggregated telemetry — page views, error rates, feature usage — to monitor service health and improve the product.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
- We do not use your scan results to train AI models.
- We do not publish your reports. A report is reachable only via its own unguessable link, and only you or someone you share that link with can open it.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to carry security tokens. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand general traffic patterns, and no third-party advertising trackers.
5. Data retention
Scan reports are retained while your account is active so history and monitoring work. You can delete individual reports at any time. On account deletion we remove your reports and account data within 30 days, except billing records we are required to keep for legal and tax purposes.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to personnel who need it to run the service. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you.
7. Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to processing, and to complain to your supervisory authority. Contact us and we will action your request.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
